Use of voucher

The items are great.

However, I went in store to try it on first, took it to the counter and went to use a voucher I had been given for Christmas.

Was told by the shop assistant in wellington (who I also made call the manager) that I can only use the voucher online. I'll need to order the same x2 jersey I had on the counter from the website.

It was like the bricks and mortar store had no ties to the online store.
